A customer in Ashford called late in the afternoon after the door handle came off in his hand.
It happens. 😄
I had around ten different handle sets in the van, but naturally none of them matched this particular door.
The original was an old and unusual size, so a suitable replacement had to be ordered rather than fitted from normal van stock. The closest available replacement also had a different finish from the old handles.
I ordered the correct pair and returned the following day to fit them.
There was no extra charge to the customer for the second visit.
Once installed and tested, the new handles were operating properly and the door was usable again.
