 Back in February 2025, the EPRLocksmith workshop was overdue for a good tidy-up. The workbench had become cluttered with night latches, cylinders, mortice locks, and tools from recent jobs. Don't get me wrong, still knew where everything was, it just didn't look professional enough to me.

 I dedicated a good half day to bringing order back to the bench. Every lock, cylinder or mortice, and tool was sorted, cleaned or put out ready for the scrap man to collect.

 With everything visible and organised, the workshop is now set up for faster turnaround times and better job preparation. Whether it’s an emergency lockout or a scheduled lock replacement, every tool and stock part is exactly where it needs to be, more or less :)
