 A local customer in Ashford (TW15) was refurbishing a premises and discovered four window grille locks, none of which had keys. 

 These were specialist — and costly — locks that I don’t keep in stock. We agreed to order replacements keyed alike (one key operating all locks), with two keys per lock as requested. 

 Once the new locks arrived, I installed all four and provided the keyed-alike sets. 

 The windows are now secured, with the added convenience of a single key for all locks. A satisfying local job.
