 One of my clients in  Chesham, HP5, reached out to EPRLocksmith because she could no longer keep her personal parking space clear. She needed a practical and secure way to stop unauthorized vehicles from using her spot. 

 Since the parking area had a concrete surface, I suggested a bolted, folding bollard. This design can be lowered when not in use but remains sturdy enough to prevent anyone from moving it without permission. 

I installed a heavy-duty folding bollard with five M12 concrete anchors, each set to a depth of 115 mm. For extra protection, one anchor was placed directly under the post to help deter theft. The manufacturer recommended a tightening torque of 50 Nm, I  added just a touch more for good measure. 

 The final installation provided a robust, dependable bollard that folds down easily when needed but is tough enough to protect the customer’s parking space every single day.
